Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field
  • Certification from the BACB as a BCBA
Must have authorization to work in the United States with strong knowledge of ABA therapy methods, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds are vital. Proficiency in behavior assessments and intervention planning is essential, as well as a willingness to travel for therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas of improvement
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client objectives
  • Implement evidence-based ABA interventions
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in various settings
  • Train and oversee ABA therapists and RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and professionals for consistent care
  • Collect and analyze data for progress measurement
