JIRA/Windchill Administrator

Job Descriptions:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues from Jira and Windchill users daily. Review and approve user requests. Ensure Jira and Windchill systems are up-to-date through regular maintenance. Performance monitoring, and applying upgrades when necessary. Submit weekly and monthly progress reports. Provide training and support to Jira and Windchill users. Maintain and update procedures and work instructions related to Jira and Windchill applications. Ensure Jira and Windchill maintenance aligns with company's standards and best practices.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in any Science / Engineering discipline. Min 2 years of experience in a Jira & Windchill Administrator role or similar Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e, Excel, Words and Powerpoint. - Independent and initiative to develop and drive continuous improvement programs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues Perform regular backups of Jira & Windchill datas
