In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Undertake leadership in specific projects, setting priorities and delegating responsibilities in order to ensure success of the project
- Ensure effective communication across functional areas to ensure team members are well informed about project goals, activities, and priorities.
- Motivate and assist team members to collaborate and work through challenges.
- Plan, supervise and control project scope, cost, time, and resources by establishing and maintaining project timeline, budget and resource plans, hosting steering meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Continuously supervise baseline schedule, forecasted and actual cost, changes in requirements and take actions to adapt/correct as necessary.
- Bring new innovation and approaches to continuously improve and optimize work practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is preferred, or 4+ years equivalent experience instead of a degree.
- Solid track record in project management or technical leadership role.
- Ability to work with different technical and functional fields, as well as being able to handle shifting priorities.
- Ability to resolve issues, make decisions and provide advice and guidance to project team members and managerial staff.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Agile Product Development.
- PMP® or similar project management certification.
- Ability to mentor and coach other Project Managers
