Role

, you will have; Skills and experience working with consumers with mental illness and their family and carers, including skills in assessment, crisis intervention, counselling, relapse prevention and recovery focussed principles in a brief intervention framework. A passion for providing high quality person-centred and evidence-based – and have a strong interest in driving model of care and service delivery change for consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions (dual diagnosis) Experience and interest in clinical supervision and mentorship (both within Psychology) and more broadly to a multidisciplinary team A sense of calm and stability in a dynamic and developing clinical setting Contribute flexibly, creatively and enthusiastically to initiatives for ongoing improvement
