Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks into various databases and software systems.
  • Maintain and update records ensuring all data is current and properly organized.
  • Assist in generating reports as needed for various departments within the organization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create documentation and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data management processes.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data entries and provide support to administrative staff.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; any education level considered.
  • Proven experience or familiarity with data entry and database management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
