In this pivotal role, you‘ll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process improvement, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with production procedures

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Maintain appropriate documents and forms for beginning and end of shift reporting

  • Assemble, set-up, and stop equipment for changeovers and line specific needs

  • Adhere to production running order and recipes.

  • Assists in standardizing procedures and practices to improve line efficiency and/or product quality

  • Ability to work in a hot, cold, wet and loud environment

  • Stand up Forklift Experience

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED preferred

  • Can regularly stand, walk and lift up to 50lbs

  • Some manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing a plus

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Good communication and observational skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line
