Master Technician -1st ShiftThe Job Center is now hiring Master Technician in West Chester OH. This position is for a company handling insulation products. Currently hiring full time employees for 1st shift Clerical work experience requiredCompensation of Operator : 1st shift: $ 25-$50 per hour based on experience. Paid Weekly on Fridays Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO. Schedule of Master Technician : 1st: 8:30 am- 5 pm M-F Overtime daily Responsibilities of Master Technician : Set up and calibrate EPS shape mold machines based on productrequirements. Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed to ensure productquality. Oversee and ensure routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during production. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Understand how the machine operates, general machine operates, allsettings. Collaborate with production leaders for efficient workflow. Maintain block mold machines to manufacture large blocks of expandedpolystyrene for various applications. Maintain the boiler and the whole steam system used in industrial processes, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Conduct regular inspections of boilers to identify potential issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts. Requirements of Master Technician : Strong math skills. EPS Shape and Block mold operator experience Able to lift 50lbs. Ability to comprehend verbal and written work instructions. Ability to operate industrial equipment.
