Academic Background

Bachelors degree in computer engineering and/or business school or equivalent

Professional Experience

8+ years working in IT environment Experience in agile environment Experience in User Experience approaches Experience in workshop animation (design sprints, design thinking, creative problem solving)

Technical Skills

Strong Business Analysis Skills Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills Tech-savvy: Curious and interested about Digital and Information Technologies Knowledgeable about technologies: Web/Java-J2EE, Oracle/Postgre etc Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus
