Volunteer & Programme Management

Manage the entire volunteer life cycle from volunteer onboarding, welfare, motivation, and retention to off-boarding. Establish a network and grow the relationship with community partners to encourage volunteerism to continually build a sustainable pool of competent volunteers.

Donor Management

Practise good stewardship and ensure donations and appropriate DIKs are recorded accurately, monitored and executed according to the donor's wish.

Communication & Publication

Administration

Maintain volunteer management and donor management records and prepare monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Passionate to work with volunteers to engage our residents and interact with them
