JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client in the IT services and consulting industry is looking for an IT Support Technician that will provide a white glove service to their end client onsite. The resource will be responsible for providing hardware support to Dell & some Apple devices. They should have strong customer service and time management skills. They should also have a basic understanding of networking and familiar with a MDF room.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience • Field tech experience with client-facing and executive customer service. • Proactive troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. • Familiarity with Dell warranty support. • Strong customer service and time management skills. • Knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow). • MDF room support.


Target pay of $18-$19 an hour.
