Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and objectives related to piping.
- Conduct detailed site assessments to identify piping system requirements and challenges.
- Create schedules and timelines for piping work, considering resource allocation and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all piping-related activities.
- Monitor and report progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of desk work, involving computer use.
- Climbing (stairs/ladders) and field visits are essential components of the role.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hardhat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes, FRC/Nomex or other equipment as required.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. regularly; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. may be necessary.
Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of Mechanical/Piping Design experience.
- Ability to read drawings, P&ID's & ISO's.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
