The Opportunity

As an Approvals Data Entry Clerk you provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Approvals team.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Apply date stamps to profiles to guarantee precision in all procedures.
  • Digitize and organize all lab pack materials.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Scan and integrate approved lab packs into SAP.
  • Input customer profile information tailored to their specific business activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with large data entry tasks.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to understand and apply operational documents, SOPs, and training modules.
