About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a Litigation ociate to join our clients highprofile litigation practice in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience handling complex litigation matters and be sed in legal research briefwriting doent production and discovery. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on significant litigation matters and to contribute to the growth of the practice through client development activities.

AM Law 100 Requirement:

To be considered for this role candidates must have recently worked at one of the AM Law 100 firms. To verify if your firm qualifies please check this AM Law 100 list. Only candidates who have worked at these top firms will be considered for this opportunity.

Your Mission:
  • Handle all aspects of complex litigation matters including legal research briefwriting and running doent production.
  • Manage and execute discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to support pretrial trial and appellate efforts.
  • Contribute to client development activities such as writing articles attending speaking engagements and more.
  • Provide exceptional client service and work closely with colleagues across disciplines to meet business goals.
Core Competencies:
  • Complex Litigation Expertise: Proven experience handling complex litigation matters including discovery and briefwriting.
  • Client Development: Ability to contribute to client growth by participating in articles speaking engagements and other activities.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication ss with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Organizational Ss: Strong ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage competing responsibilities.
What You Bring:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
  • Admitted in District of Columbia and Maryland.
  • 4 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication ss with a professional demeanor when working with clients.
  • Strong organizational ss with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
