Job Summary:
 As a Lead Nurture Specialist you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the smooth scheduling of appointments for medical spas and wellness centers. In this dynamic role you will work directly with live leads maintaining strong relationships with up to 10 clients while tracking performance metrics to optimize results. Your focus will be on booking quality appointments enhancing client satisfaction and improving conversion rates through consistent followup and communication. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills a proactive mindset and a passion for working in a fastpaced environment while delivering exceptional client service.

This parttime position offers up to $16.00 per hour with commission for working hours of 9:00am 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time working Saturday and Sunday. Applicant must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to potential leads via phone email or other channels to book appointments for medical spas and wellness centers.
  • Account Management: Efficiently manage and nurture relationships with up to 10 client accounts ensuring each client s specific requirements are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of appointment bookings and performance metrics allowing for datadriven strategies and client reporting.
  • Followup: Implement a rigorous followup process to boost appointment conversion rates enhance client satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee that all booked appointments align with quality and scheduling standards reflecting positively on our clients reputation.
  • Adaptability: Be agile and quick to adapt to shifting procedures client needs and industry developments consistently delivering results.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a call center with a focus on booking appointments for medical spas or a related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in tracking analyzing and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective client interactions.
  • High level of selfmotivation a proactive gogetter attitude and the ability to excel in a highpaced work environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and the capacity to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Preferably have experience in salon and spa environments. 1-2 years of direct sales experience is a requirement. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is required. Possess a service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their best appearance and wellness. Skilled in staying organized, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in light typing and computer usage. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.
