Job Title: Lead Nurture Specialist

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a family-owned and operated full-service cryotherapy wellness and recovery center. As a Lead Nurture Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the smooth scheduling of appointments for medical spas and wellness centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, or other channels to book appointments for medical spas and wellness centers.
  • Account Management: Efficiently manage and nurture relationships with up to 10 client accounts, ensuring each client's specific requirements are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of appointment bookings and performance metrics, allowing for data-driven strategies and client reporting.
  • Follow-up: Implement a rigorous follow-up process to boost appointment conversion rates, enhance client satisfaction, and secure repeat business.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee that all booked appointments align with quality and scheduling standards, reflecting positively on our clients' reputation.
  • Adaptability: Be agile and quick to adapt to shifting procedures, client needs, and industry developments, consistently delivering results.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center, with a focus on booking appointments for medical spas or a related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interactions.
  • High level of self-motivation, a proactive "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to excel in a high-paced work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
