We are seeking an organized and detailoriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Prepare documents such as memos invoices and reports using word processing spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Answer phone calls take messages and redirect calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail including sorting distributing and preparing mail for shipment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate conference room reservations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of electronic and physical filing systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
