What Youll Do:

As a Treatment Coordinator you will:

  • Sell the Vision: Engage with discerning clientele who seek more than just dental care and an elevated experience that integrates holistic wellness with cuttingedge biologic dentistry. Your role is to guide them through this journey from consultation to the completion of complex treatment plans.
  • Manage HighValue Cases: Oversee complex treatment plans ranging from $125k to $200k ensuring that clients receive unparalleled care from consultation through completion. Youll manage prepayment billing and offer clients exclusive opportunities for longterm wellness.
  • Lead and Mentor: Work alongside a talented team including new and established Treatment Coordinators with extensive dental experience. Youll elevate their skills and guide them in providing the hightouch service that our clients expect.
  • Innovate and Educate: Collaborate on a specialized training program to refine sales techniques and deepen your teams understanding of biologic dentistry. Your insights will help clients appreciate the transformative impact of Dr. Curatolas methods.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Uphold a culture of integrity motivation and excitement ensuring that every client experience aligns with our practices esteemed reputation.
What Were Looking For
  • Luxury Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record in selling highend goods or services particularly within the healthcare or dental industries and you understand the expectations of an affluent clientele.
  • Dental Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: Youre a proven closer with experience in complex elective healthcare sales bringing a sophisticated touch to your patient interactions.
  • Leadership Skills: Youre a natural mentor capable of leading and inspiring a team in a highperformance luxury environment.
