Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate in bid preparation and negotiation with customers, suppliers, and international agents. Support sales campaigns and events with local and overseas partners. Coordinate sales visits domestically and internationally to foster business growth. Strategically manage personal business portfolio in alignment with market strategy. Conduct joint sales visits with colleagues. Promptly respond to and follow up on sales inquiries and leads.

Client and Supplier Management

Manage allocated clients, surpassing set targets using established tools. Facilitate onboarding processes with internal teams and uphold standard operating procedures. Conduct weekly follow-ups with new clients post-shipment. Disseminate contract information to all concerned parties. Ensure professional and responsible execution of client entertainment activities to uphold Traffic Tech’s reputation. Address customer requests promptly and uphold service level agreements.

Administration

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular sales activity reports. Participate in meetings with the US sales team. Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated success in sales within transportation/logistics (3PL experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Tenacious and disciplined with a tactful approach. Self-motivated and proactive. Vibrant personality with high energy and adaptability. Positive attitude and enjoyment of collaborative work. Experience engaging with C-suite executives is advantageous.
