Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Implement evidencebased behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.

Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals including data collection and progress monitoring.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation related to patient care. Provide training and support to caregivers educators and other professionals working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.



Requirements

Experience:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities both children and adults Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions. Proficiency in data collection analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorder. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with individuals of all ages effectively and backgrounds. Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
