Support review and investigation of Hospital Incident Reports Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees (e.g. Total Quality Management Committee, Incident Review Committee for Serious Reportable Events Various Quality Assurance Committees) and see to the follow-up of all matters arising on all related activities. Provide secretarial and admin support for monthly Senior leaderships Quality & Safety walkabout Support and coordinate the efforts in the annual review of departmental policies. Support and organize the annual Quality & Safety Day. Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts such as organizing Quality Conferences and cross-institutional improvement projects. Support the projects or poster submission to external award platforms. Coordinate MOH, AIC, or hospital initiated surveys (e.g. Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), analyze data, and follow up with improvement efforts. Undertake any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department. Any other tasks as assigned by HOD.Requirements:
min. Bachelors degree, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality related Experience in facilitating quality improvement workshops and conducting training such as Root Cause Analysis, and Plan-Do-Study-Act. Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
