Your role and responsibilities
Working in a brand-new Agile Organization, you will be part of global product management team responsible for Air Circuit Breakers portfolio. In this role you will work in an Agile Team, performing various activities to support both product development and product release on the market as well as to maintain the portfolio along the whole product life cycle. You will report to the ACBs Air Circuit Breaker Chapter Lead. -Evaluation of market size and trends, competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and -elaborating and verifying product positioning and price lists with sales team -Collecting and analyzing standards, market requirements, customer needs and values as an input for future product development -Being part of the product development process from market specification to product launch -Supporting customers and sales team on application and technical topics -Helping to determining sales targets for sales force, collaborating to define and develop marketing tools and promotion activities and delivering new product training -Managing product ecosystem including master data, design and configuration tools
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electric, Mechanical or Management Engineering preferred) and 5 years in product management.
- Experience in organization working with agile methodology and mindset strongly preferred
- Your personal profile should include the following characteristics: analysis and problem solving, result orientation, products and applications approach, competitors and markets knowledge, teamwork, networking, systemic thinking, innovation-oriented mindset, customer focus and stakeholders' management
- Be willing and able to travel 20%-30%
