**Position Title:** Bonita Sous Chef

**Position Overview**: The Sous Chef assists in establishing and coordinating procedures and systems in the culinary division of the Dining Services department. The Sous Chef is responsible for effectively managing all food production in the absence of the Executive Chef.

**You Have:**

* Associates degree in culinary arts program preferred.

* Previous experience as a Cook in a senior living community preferred.

* Successful completion of recognized food safety course Serve Safe.
