Job Summary: The role involves designing and developing a SharePoint website to create a future-forward digital employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a SharePoint portal to ensure a seamless digital experience for all employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore and enhance the portal.

Identify and implement best practices for SharePoint site design and development.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SharePoint site.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SharePoint portal.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in SharePoint website design and development.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.

Familiarity with best practices for SharePoint site design and development.


Preferred/But not a must have:

Knowledge of Power Automate: For workflow automation within SharePoint.

Knowledge of Power BI: Potentially for reporting and data visualization.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure: If there's any cloud-based integration required.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
