Responsibilities

• Understand the business, target persona, current status, history, competitors, and create the project strategy aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Educate and align the client frequently on the project KPIs and progress.
• Review of weekly and monthly projects performance and ensure the project KPIs are achieved.
•  Research and discuss new ideas/platforms with the clients for project performance every month to the performance manager.
• Execute the assigned tasks correctly in a given time frame. Provide the work progress status daily to the Performance Manager detailing completed and pending tasks, to maintain project momentum.
• Keep timely and proactive communication with the client and internal team and cross-team stakeholders.
• Guide the execution team and support where required and to accomplish productive output completing tasks that contribute to achieving project objectives.
• Effectively communicate any project challenges to both clients and performance managers and contribute to finding solutions.
• Plan & Prioritize the work schedule as per the projects' health rating 'Red' and 'Yellow' category and clients' requirements/expectations.
• Achieve the given training targets, submit assignments in a timely manner, and utilise the learning in project execution.
• Assign and schedule tasks between Analyst, Executive, Link Building Executive, Intern.
• Coach and guide interns in managing and interpreting performance numbers.
• Ensure a unified marketing approach aligned with all the marketing channels even if the external team or client is managing some channels.
• Ensuring that all digital marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices, including data privacy laws and platform-specific regulations.
• Review and do value additions in the bi-weekly and monthly reports created by executive/interns for client presentations, ensuring accuracy, relevance of data, and presenting the findings effectively.
• Review all the critical deliveries of the team before it goes to the client like Keywords, Audit, Content Strategy, Reports, Dashboards, Updates, etc
• Review and monitor the technical health of the website regularly.

 Technical Qualification & Skills

• Actively research and stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies in SEO, and analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
• Exploration of new/AI tools and innovative approaches for effective working and enhancing efficiency in project performance/quality.
• Ensure website On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and backlinks execution are as per the standards/benchmark.
• Analyse performance metrics of all channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for potential improvement, and execute strategy adjustments.
