- Identify new business opportunities by networking with potential clients and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the companys recruitment services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate and client interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process leveraging feedback from clients and candidates.
- Participate in professional development and training to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and successfully place candidates in roles that match their skills and experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices employment law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
