Vicarious Agency is on the lookout for a Marketing Design and Webfocused Project Manager to join our client's team. Client is a large and innovative tech company based in Seattle. This position plays a critical role in driving project and ensuring timely delivery in line with strategic goals.
Location: Seattle WA (Remote candidates considered)
Committment: FullTime Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with the client’s objectives timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate between various project stakeholders including internal teams and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline specific tasks timelines milestones and resources required.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to both the team and senior management on project status offering solutions and adjustments to plans as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions and the achievement of shared goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of project management experience preferably in a tech or creative environment.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and odologies.
- Excellent organizational ss with a keen ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal ss capable of engaging effectively with various levels of management and crossfunctional teams.
