Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Finance Transitie Coaching: Je neemt een coachende rol op tijdens de finance transitie en begeleidt de opzet van data kostenplaatsen en boekhoudkundige structuren inclusief het grootboek regels en sjablonen.
  • Specialistische Gebieden: Je houdt toezicht op belangrijke financile functies zoals BTW & Intrastat kostprijsberekening & controlling transfer pricing debiteuren/crediteurenbeheer (AR/AP) bankboekhouding aanmaningen rapportage en activabeheer.
  • Integratiemonitoring: Je bewaakt de voortgang van de ERPintegratie en zorgt ervoor dat de tijdlijnen worden gehaald en eventuele risicos effectief worden beheerd.
  • Communicatiemanagement: Je zorgt voor duidelijke en effectieve interne en externe communicatie op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Procesactivatie: Je werkt nauw samen met ons interne team en toekomstige partners om nieuwe processen binnen onze organisatie te activeren.
Vereisten
  • Een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring is vereist.
  • Uitgebreide ervaring in de implementatie en integratie van ERPfinancesystemen is essentieel.
  • Vaardigheden
  • Vermogen om operationele vragen te verduidelijken of uit te dagen.
  • Sterke interne klantgerichtheid met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een goed begrip van zakelijke prioriteiten en doelstellingen.

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands Frans en Engels.
