Job Scope & Requirements:

Interns/Fresh Graduates:

Assist in project discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and client interactions. Participate & learn the art of fit-gap analysis, Solutioning. Learn & create functional specification and process flowcharts. Collaborate with the technical team & handover development requirements. Test for QA/QC of the work delivered by the technical team. Do solution walkthrough with the client. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery. Enthusiasm for technology, problem-solving, and teamwork. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Mid-Career Switchers:

Everything above Plus: Leverage your prior experience to contribute to project strategy and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and results.
