Sena Kean Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Smethport, PA, is looking for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to deliver high-quality care to our residents.


  • $7,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time and $2,500.00 for Part Time

Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance and support to direct care staff
  • Assist DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities
  • Administer direct patient care when needed
  • Manage the med-cart when required

Qualifications:


  • Valid RN License in Pennsylvania
  • Empathy and excellent nursing skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Long-Term Care or Rehab setting
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to person-centered care
