Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sena Kean Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Smethport, PA. As a RN Supervisor, you will provide oversight and support to our direct care staff, ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the direct care staff
  • Support the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities
  • Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
  • Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
  • Empathy and exceptional nursing care skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $50
  • Sign-on bonus of $7,000 for Full Time and $2,500 for Part Time
