Resumen del puesto:

El maquinista tendrá un amplio conocimiento en un fondo diverso funcionamiento de varias máquinas, incluyendo pero no limitado a los molinos verticales y horizontales, tornos verticales y horizontales, y amoladoras. Esta persona tendrá experiencia en la configuración y marcación de varias piezas en su máquina. El maquinista de bombas QRC será responsable de fabricar piezas a partir de materias primas, así como de mecanizar piezas existentes a nuevas dimensiones o mecanizar piezas reparadas. El maquinista debe ser capaz de trabajar de forma independiente y con instrucciones limitadas, pero siguiendo hojas de ruta y/o planos de piezas. Será capaz de seleccionar las herramientas, velocidades y avances adecuados según sea necesario para cumplir los requisitos de la pieza y el material que se esté mecanizando.

Los nuevos empleados son elegibles para un bono de $5,000.

Las responsabilidades incluyen:

El maquinista es responsable de configurar y mecanizado de piezas y componentes a todas las bombas y equipos de acoplamiento en cualquier máquina en nuestra tienda.

Trabajar con seguridad y ayudar a sus compañeros a trabajar con seguridad

Sigue las instrucciones previas al trabajo y todas las listas de comprobación antes de mecanizar una pieza.

Sigue todas las fresadoras y procedimientos de mecanizado

Mecanizar piezas utilizando mandrinadoras horizontales manuales, tornos verticales, tornos de motor, fresadoras, amoladoras y taladradoras

Habilidad para trabajar eficientemente dentro de ventanas de tiempo fijas para cada proceso de maquinado.

Capacidad para mantener tolerancias dentro de 0,0005» Inspeccionar piezas utilizando micrómetros, calibradores, etc.

Capacidad para leer impresiones/dibujos y ejecutar basándose en los datos proporcionados.

Fabricar herramientas y hardware como parte de la mejora continua de las instalaciones.

Coordinarse con ventas, operaciones, ingenieros y clientes según sea necesario.

Mostrar un comportamiento que fomente el trabajo en equipo, la toma de decisiones, la resolución de problemas y las mejoras continuas.

Capacidad para mecanizar una variedad de metales como aceros inoxidables de las series 300 y 400, Inconel 625 y 718, acero al carbono, etc.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de Flowserve; específicamente en torno a tiempo y asistencia, seguridad y productividad.

Requisitos:

Título de bachillerato o equivalente.

2+ años de experiencia en maquinado manual incluyendo HBM y/o VTL.

Más de 2 años de experiencia en configuración y programación CNC, preferiblemente con un HBM CNC.

Debe disponer de un juego personal de herramientas, micrómetros, amoladoras manuales y caja de herramientas rodante.

Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados.

Atención demostrada a los detalles y al proceso.

Capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.

Excelentes dotes organizativas, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, capacidad para resolver problemas y priorizar tareas.

Debe poder trabajar horas extraordinarias, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.

Habilidades/Experiencia preferidas:
