Candidate Profile

Join TotalEnergies in the US as a Renewables and Integrated Flexible Power graduate and be a part of the energy transition adventure

The TotalEnergies Renewables & Integrated Power rotational graduate program enables you, as a recent graduate, to continue to develop your technical skills, while learning our business and identifying your preferred career path.

The program consists of three, year-long assignments. You will be assigned to different businesses, giving you exposure to different markets and technologies including distributed generation, utility-scale, offshore wind, solar, and storage. You will be based in one of our North American offices (Boston, Austin, or Houston - based on assignment) and may be asked to relocate for each rotation.

Each year-long rotation will allow you to hone your skills in different fields that are core to the development of our renewable projects in the US, such as engineering, construction, operations & management, asset management, and project finance and modelling for our Renewables' activitiy, as well as power market analysis, power purchase agreement (PPA) negotiations, and new business studies for our Integrated Flexible Power business. As you progress through your rotations, you will build a solid foundation to become future Renewables energy leaders.

Throughout the 3-year development program, you are encouraged to explore assignment preferences and learn about TERUSA's projects and activities. Your preferences are considered when assignments are finalized, along with our business' needs. You will develop your skills through training, on-the-job learning, and by receiving structured feedback and support from your supervisor and regular mentoring sessions with your Talent Developer. Graduates will enter the program together, providing a community to connect with starting on your first day.
