Job Summary: The Investment Banking Vice President will play a critical role in managing client relationships, leading transaction execution, and mentoring junior team members. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other client materials.
