The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Establish relationships with both internal and external clients and customers, including industry associations and other potential consultant teams and construction contractors
  • Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values both internally and externally
  • Directly manage the support staff on the project to keep all budgets accountable
  • Experience in client prepositioning activities, teaming-internal and external
  • Construction Management, inspection and field support experience with local agencies, cities, counties and/or WisDOT projects
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete construction projects on time and within established budgets
  • Assist Transportation design disciplines with constructability questions and answers
Work with design staff on design projects during off time construction schedulesMinimum Requirements
  • BA/BS + 4 years of experience or demonstration equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Due to nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin
  • 5 + years of proven project leader experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Travel may be required within the WisDOT NCR
