      • Identify opportunities and prioritize features that align with company objectives and user feedback.

    2. Product Development:

      • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
      • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
      • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.

    3. User Experience and Design:

      • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences for decentralized applications.
      • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve products.

    4. Blockchain Integration:

      • Explore and integrate appropriate blockchain protocols and technologies into product development.
      • Manage smart contract development and audits in collaboration with blockchain developers.

    5. Market Analysis and Compliance:

      • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
      • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

      • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
      • Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.

    7. Analytics and Optimization:

      • Define key metrics for success and monitor product performance using analytics tools.
      • Use data-driven insights to optimize features, enhance user engagement, and drive growth.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (X years) as a Product Manager in technology-driven environments, with specific experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 products preferred.
    • Solid understanding of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Solana, etc.), smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
    • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
