About Stillman Law Office:
Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation. We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Massachusetts. This position requires in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Massachusetts.
  • Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.
Candidate Attributes:
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload.
  • Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
    • Delaware
    • Michigan
    • Connecticut
    • New Hampshire
    • Maryland
    • Washington, D.C.
Interview Process:
  • Candidates must complete an application prior to the interview.
  • Interviews will be conducted over the phone in lieu of on-site interviews.
  • Applicants should submit a clean copy of their resume.
