This position will work with over 100+ talent out of our Plano, TX office. The position will support our delivery manager & delivery team. Time will be split as they will coordinate the physical meeting and onboarding of all resources in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

· Set up computers and work stations for new hires.

· Own facilities coordination for new hires - phone assignment, equipment orders (monitors, keyboard, mouse)

· Lead the on-boarding resources - reporting hire, assign seats, tour office, discuss day 1 at the client and after at the Randstad delivery center (VPN connection, communication, attendance, timekeeping, pay, etc)

·Assist in integrating new hires into both the Randstad and client organization.

·Develop relationships with team members which encourage them to have a positive view of working for Randstad and be one of the onsite “faces” of our firm to our team and our client at this delivery center.

· Order supplies using online system to stock the break-room or office.

· Facilitate candidate on-boarding compliance tracking, new hire paperwork processing

· Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Talent Manager & Delivery Manager


Required Qualifications

· Effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels and assist in researching questions and providing resolution of issues.

· Possess exceptional organizational skills and be able to multitask, juggling and prioritizing multiple concurrent activities.

· Work independently, establishing daily priorities with effective time management while being able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism, trust, and confidentiality.

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills including written and verbal.

· Proven history of strong attention to detail and proactive follow up.

· Team-first attitude with a focus on team success

· Experience using Google suite (sheets, slides, sites, etc)

Ability to lift up to 40lbs


Desired Skills & Experience

Experience using Fieldglass VMS is a plus

Experience in Google environment is a plus

Experience using Excel macros, formulas, and pivot tables is a plus
