Job Description:
Supports Sales Process Design and Sales Execution capabilities directly working with both the field and Product groups.
Primary emphasis is on the development of sales programs to support execution in the field, product interface, training/execution support for initiative implementation, development of field communications, integration with processes and support systems required to achieve sales, customer delight, SVA and associate satisfaction goals.
The incumbent will work closely with division leadership, product management, sales & service execution and other partners to assess current processes and performance, and to determine appropriate actions.
He/she will lead in the development, execution and measurement of programs/initiatives. Incumbent must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, flexibility/adaptability and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with associates at all levels across the organization including, but not limited to:
divisional leadership, product management, other lines of business, Fulfillment, Servicing, Corporate Strategy, etc. Reports to a Sales Process Design and Product Integration Manager.
The strategic direction for relationship deepening execution across the Private Bank and Consumer Lending to drive enterprise referral participation and grow client capture and market share.
Deepening relationships with field integration with key Client Management Teams, Market Executives, Market Sales Executives and the Divisional Executive and Management Team in partnership with the Consumer Lending Executives and Area Lending Managers or Centralized Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
Assist in the development and training of tools and resources to better equip lending team and client management teams to uncover client and prospecting opportunities with home financing.
Deepening relationships by supporting any executive escalations received to ensure proper execution and education supporting GWIM and CL leadership for the best outcome.

Preferably has a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit or loan origination (or similar field) with significant experience working with ultra-high net worth and affluent client or client-facing teams.
