Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPhone contact with policyholders and interested third parties.Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls and emailsReview and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information.RequiredGenuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insuranceStrong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clientsAbility to empathize with clients unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needsMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentationPrevious experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not requiredProficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote workCapable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environmentRegular and predictable attendance requiredA home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.*Pleaseclick here for a short 15 minute overview of our company.
