As a CS, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence, working directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to craft and implement personalized behavioral treatment plans. **Your essential duties and responsibilities will** **include**:

- Supervising and supporting our dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide invaluable feedback and direction.
- You'll be instrumental in shaping behavior analytic skills, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.

**Applicant requirements include**:

- A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services. Alternatively, if you're currently enrolled in a graduate program with a thirst for knowledge and at least 1 year of ABA experience, we want to hear from you.
