Quality Operations Engineer

Join our team as a Quality Operations Engineer to actively influence the technical application of quality management systems within manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory agencies, and driving continuous improvement to maintain product consistency and reliability.
In this role, you will:
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams for nonconformity investigation, risk mitigation, and change control
- Monitor project adherence to Design Controls and change control throughout the project lifecycle
- Substantiate production and process controls through process validation and statistical process control within operations
- Identify potential gaps within the quality system and operations processes to drive continuous improvement
The essential requirements for the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with related work experience
- Experience in production and process controls, risk management processes, and working effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility for weekday shifts as needed
Additional experience in the medical device industry, quality engineering certification, and macro-development would be advantageous.
