Requirements - Who We Are Looking For?

  • Postsecondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.
  • Minimum of Class C Driver's Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).
  • Class 7 PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment).
  • Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
  • Team Mindset "The NESL Way".
  • Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
  • Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
  • High School Graduate/GED.
