We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently processing online orders, ensuring accurate shipment, preforming regular inventory cycle counts in our warehouse and providing exceptional customer service.

salary: $24 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner using our shipping software and order management system.
  • Verify order details, including item, quantity, shipping address, and delivery method.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, tracking information, and any issues that may arise.
  • Resolve order discrepancies or shipping errors promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized records of all orders processed and shipments made.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
  • Stay updated on shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Provide support to the customer service team as needed, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to shipping.
  • Preform regular inventory cycle counts in the warehouse
