Job Description

The position is responsible to various functions within the warehouse. Focus will be on the Inbound Receiving department. Members in this category will be subject to cross training in all departments of the warehouse, not limited to Pick and Pack orders, shipping orders, Literature and Mailroom departments.

Job Duties

  • Accurately performs all processes related to the flow of the Inbound Receipt and Put away of systematic orders.
  • Process receipts of FSE Parts.
  • Process receipts of Exit Audits.
  • Process Receipt of Trade in Returns.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains supplies and presents to Operations Manager monthly or as needed.
  • Supports all departments within the warehouse, as needed, for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Cross trained to support shipment arrivals / Mailroom as needed.
  • Candidate will be trained to operate powered lift equipment.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in warehousing/distribution with emphasis on shipping preferred.

Preferred:

  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight time schedules and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Preferred working knowledge and understanding of WMi and SAP systems or the ability to learn and adapt to a new system as applicable.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, Showcase reporting and review.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills with focus on teamwork along with awareness of time and the self- managing of it.
  • Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Mathematical Skills, Organizational Skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, other software PC skills a plus.
  • Mandatory overtime hours required when necessary to support the business needs.
  • The ability to operate material handling equipment is preferred.
  • The ability to lift 50lbs.
