Description:

The Promotional Product Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional client experience from project inception through to completion, while maintaining a high-level of in-depth knowledge on total scope promo product offerings and for understanding the promo capabilities with print requests.
Requirements:

Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Clearly showcase and upsell promo product offerings and provide effective promo solutions for clients.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all promo capabilities and offerings for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and keep margins in mind when proposing alterations.
  • Enter new orders with suppliers into Promo specific software and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  • Coordinate promo samples for client viewing and selection process.
  • Manage and organize inventory and backorders of Promo Items.
  • Create invoices out of Promo specific software to go to clients.
  • Communicate, deploy, and deliver updates to clients with the client's specific communication preference in mind regarding project updates and key deliverables.
  • Act on behalf of clients by reviewing art and proofs and submitting alterations.
  • Provide proactive and effective daily project status updates to clients including any changes in cost, paper, ink, production schedule, and invoicing.
  • Understand billing, job costing, and specific client price lists.
  • Interpret client specifications for quote requests and submit pricing.
  • Meet with internal and external clients to respond and resolve complaints and conflicts in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Act as a liaison and integrate efficient procedures within SeaChange systems cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Adhere to best practices and defined workflow within the Account Management Department.
  • De-escalate client concerns and feedback.
  • Understand and use SeaChange billing system and specific client price lists.
  • Ensure that clear communication and accurate billing invoices based on the specifications of the job are provided to the clients prior to sending.
  • Coordinate drop shipments for promo orders.
  • Communicate with other departments to provide or obtain information necessary to complete assigned accountabilities in a fully satisfactory manner.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations for both the Account Management team and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Promo industry experience required
  • Facilis software experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to appropriately interpret production instructions.
  • Professional and proactive interaction with clients and internal clients is a key component of the position.
  • Extensive knowledge of the promo industry, high quality standards, mature judgement, and strong organizational work habits.
  • Must have background using Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

This position requires or may require access to Client-Sensitive data, PHI/ePHI access or authorization. Mandatory security training as well as background, drug screen, credit check will be implemented.
