Learning Quality & Technology Specialist

The Learning Quality & Technology Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure that Quality Management System training content meets our training standards and partners closely with others to elevate the quality of learning by identifying and implementing technologies that improve the learner experience.

Your role:

  • Lead training content quality assurance process and improvement (e.g., rapid content development, with improved course quality).
  • Provide training authoring tool support and training for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating their training content.
  • Program manage concurrent course deployment projects from intake to training assignment using project management software to meet stakeholder target training deployment dates.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience designing and implementing digital learning solutions.
  • Your skills include:
    • Advanced training authoring tool experience (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, EasyGenerator, etc.).
    • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous complex learning projects.
    • Advanced eLearning and other learning solutions design and content development experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in instructional design or equivalent degree. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have project management experience, the ability to collaborate effectively with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and have close attention to detail.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $79,800 to $136,800 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to a listed Philips hub location.
