Responsibilities Administration of all restaurant, kitchen, and bar related functions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs.
Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff.
Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
Drive a company vehicle as needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high volume restaurant required.
Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience required.
Manager ServeSafe certification required or must obtain within 30 days (company paid).
California Alcohol ServeSafe certification required or must obtain within 30 days (company paid).
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work varied shifs which will include weekends and holidays.
