With the recent retirement of our total joint partner, this lucrative partnership opportunity offers an earning potential of 1.5MM+ with additional revenue generated from being part-owner of the physician-designed and owned surgical hospital in Kansas.
Position:
- 100% total joint/adult reconstruction focus
- Able to run two rooms at one time
- No trauma
- 2 Dedicated PAs per Physician who take first call
- Step into a retiring physician's practice and be busy from day 1 performing an estimated 500+ joint cases per year
- ORs, Clinic, Imaging, PT, OT, Dietary, and Pharmacy are all located onsite
- Joining experienced surgeons with over 20+ years of experience who are happy to provide mentorship
Compensation:
- Initial recruitment package of 756K based on skills and experience
- Partnership track with a twoyear guarantee and ability to become part owner of our physiciandesigned and owned surgical hospital (1 of ~250 in the US)
- Proven earning potential of 1.5MM+
- Fellowship stipend option
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100%
