Occasional sitter for my 8 month old

Hello, I have a 3 month old. My mom helps with my baby she works 1st shift and I work 3rd shift and of course baby is up when he wants to be and goes to sleep when he wants. His sleep schedule doesn't align with either one of our shifts. I have to sleep my self before being up all night for work and mom has to get sleep her self before work in the morning....

Single mom that is a licensed psychotherapist and a musician.
