Your RoleThe Director, Digital Merchandising will serve as one of the key leaders in the Digital team developing and executing our digital commerce strategy with the objective of significant top line and bottom-line growth.

They will have direct responsibility for all day-to-day operations and analytics associated with running their category of business for

They will have an in-depth understanding of all products within their brands and categories and will serve as the primary point of contact with the Core Merchandising teams, along with relationships with Vendors.

They will have a holistic view of the site experience, work in partnership with Category Merchants, Planning, Creative, Marketing, Technology, Bangalore Commerce Services, Operations, and Customer Care Services as well as Vendors/Brands, where required.

This role will be tasked to achieve the goal of effortless shopping as well as delivery of financial performance within their categories.

Your ImpactBUILD (Vision and Enable)Develop and implement ecommerce strategies for multiple brands to drive online sales and achieve revenue targetsDrives growth and productivity of digital channelResponsible for bringing the merchandise assortment strategy to life in the digital channelAccountable for site experience, content, navigation and performanceInfluences projection, presentation and customer experience for total websiteProvide leadership and guidance in the development of concepts, strategies, planning, implementation, and coordination for digital businessBuilds and maintains productive partnerships with cross functional areas, internal stakeholders, external vendors and resourcesInfluences the development of the digital customer experience in effort to support the full omnichannel experience, with focus on creating the site link between the VS App, social platforms and digital advertisingPatterns industry trends in customer behavior and competitive positioning to maintain ongoing awareness.

Understands site and customer experience gaps to drive for capabilities & improvements to achieve business resultsRUN (Deliver)Ensures we are providing consumers with an exceptional experience through our websiteResponsible for identifying what the customer wants, how she shops and navigates through the site, and what drives conversionEnsures consistency of digital store standards across all categories as it relates to concepts, ideas and layoutsSite content management oversight, including responsibility for site messaging and standards for merchandising, creative, and navigationInfluences and plays a leadership role with cross-functional partners (Marketing/Finance, Category Merchants & Planners, Platform, Operations)Responsible for prioritization of Test & Learn initiatives affecting digital operationsIdentifies the talent necessary to achieve the corporate goals and oversees the recruitment, development, performance management and succession planning of the teamRESULTSAnalyze ecommerce performance metrics, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimizationLeverages data and insights to make data-driven changes and improvements in overall programs and monitor the success over timeAnalyzes current and projected ROIs on all initiatives to assist in long-term planning for the digital businesses and required assetsContinuously acquires customer and market insights that drive site performance improvements.

Conducts frequent internal & external evaluations of the site to ensure the optimal customer experienceCommunicates to the overall business and senior leadership the strategies and results on a regular basisLeverages insights from the Customer Care Center, surveys, and other customerKey contributor in all Business meetingsClick here for benefit details related to this position

Minimum Salary:
$138,000.00Maximum Salary:
$195,825.

00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.

Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including:
your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
